Tk89 bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between tk89 bet and its users. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services indicates your acceptance of these terms.

Tk89 bet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

• Placing bets for commercial purposes or on behalf of any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Tk89 bet's services are provided purely for entertainment purposes.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

To open an account on tk89 bet, you must register with accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete details may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of Birth
• Valid mobile number (Bangladesh)
• Email address (optional)
• Payment method details (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)

Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. You should never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

The following rules apply when placing bets on tk89 bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless tk89 bet itself officially cancels a match or event.

If a match or event is cancelled due to a technical fault or unforeseen circumstances, tk89 bet will refund the stake for that bet. However, if a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, the bet will remain valid.

• Placing multiple bets on a single match is allowed.
• Live bet odds may change before the result is confirmed.
• Tk89 bet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, payouts may be held until the investigation is complete.

Tk89 bet supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT
• Maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT (single transaction)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes
• No additional charges on deposits
• Deposits from third-party names or accounts are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 BDT
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000 BDT (per day)
• Processing time: typically 15 minutes to 4 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment number
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification

Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements. See the Bonus section for details. Unusual or suspicious transactions may be subject to additional verification.

Tk89 bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit. 10x wagering requirement. Valid for 30 days.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 20% on weekly deposits. Wagering requirement: 8x.
• Referral Bonus: Earn ৳200 BDT for every successful referral. Your friend must open an account and complete their first deposit.
• Cashback: 5% cashback on weekly net losses, up to a maximum of ৳500 BDT.

In the event of any bonus-related dispute, tk89 bet's decision will be considered final. Any misuse of bonuses or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

Tk89 bet takes a strict stance against fraud, money laundering, and all forms of illegal activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and are subject to penalties:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Depositing funds obtained through theft or illegal means
• Using software or bots to place automated bets
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Using another person's account credentials
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information

If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

Tk89 bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false information during registration
• Serious breach of terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members
• Long-term inactive accounts (12 months)
• Court order or directive from a legal authority

The member will be notified by email or SMS before any account termination. Account balances may be frozen during an ongoing investigation. If the member is cleared, any frozen balance will be fully restored.
